We are proud to announce Chris Bernier as our first ever Field Technical Manager, who will lead our “in field” Technical Support Department as well as all product training programs both in house and in field. Chris brings 29 years of industry experience with him – 22 years as an installer with five Master Plumber and Pipefitter licenses in three New England states, three years at the manufacturer’s representative level, and four at the manufacturing level with both regional and national positions. He has already begun development of our new state-of-the-art -training center (coming soon), and restructuring our outside support process. Chris will also soon begin traveling through various territories this year to help raise product awareness and knowledge, collaboratively helping to boost sales.
