Jim Cika Joins the HTP Team

HTP is pleased to welcome Jim Cika as the new Director of Engineering and Product Management. Cika joined the HTP team on August 31^st. He will be responsible for managing the existing product offering and executing a robust line of future products. Cika will be responsible for the traditional research and development responsibilities within the department.

Cika has an extensive technical and marketing background focused on innovation, product development and business development. He has valuable experience in our main product categories including water heating, hydronics, and solar. His recent positions include Senior Innovation Leader at Huber Engineered Woods, Manager of Solar Products and Marketing at Velux / Heliodyne, Specialty Water Heating Manager at Rheem and Engineering Services Manager for Rinnai. In his early career, Cika worked as Testing Laboratory Engineer and as an HVAC Design Engineer.  He is a graduate of Georgia Tech.
