Introducing the Mod Con 700

We are excited to announce the addition of the Mod Con 700 to our Mod Con Commercial Gas Boiler line. The Mod Con 700 modulates from 170,000 Btuh to 700,000 Btuh with a thermal efficiency rating of 97%. The Mod Con 700 joins the Mod Con 500 and 850, both of which have a 94% thermal efficiency rating.

The Mod Cons are highly efficient modulating condensing boilers that are constructed with 316L stainless steel materials to last longer and provide better heat transfer capabilities.
