The [**Hydra Smart Tankless Water Heater**](http://www.htproducts.com/hydrasmart-residential.html) produces endless hot water with advanced temperature control. These units are available in both residential and commercial applications – 199k, 250k, 750k, and 1000k BTUs. The Hydra Smart Residential has up to a 0.98 energy factor and a 10 to 1 turndown ratio.
