These Elite FT's were installed by Eckhardt & Johnson in twelve buildings. There were 22 Elite FT 399 BTUs and two Elite FT 285 BTUs.
The HTP Elite FT is highly efficient with up to a 97% AFUE. It has a five to one turndown ratio. The modulating technology matches fuel consumption to demand to provide high system efficiency even during low load conditions. The greater turndown allows the Elite FT to modulate at lower firing rates which reduces short cycling, conserves energy, and improves component reliability. Its extremely durable stainless steel heat exchanger boasts excellent heat transfer properties and resists corrosion. The downward fire design promotes self cleaning with a condensate management system. It also provides low pressure drop.
