What is Engineers Week?
National Engineers Week started in 1951 by the National Society of Professional Engineers. The week always falls on President George Washington’s Birthday, as he is considered the nation’s first engineer!
National Engineers Week is observed by more than 70 engineering, education, and cultural societies and over 50 corporations and government agencies. The week is devoted to engineers to recognize their contributions to society and raise awareness of the importance of learning math, science, and technical skills.
Here at HTP, we have some of the best engineers on staff working on the latest innovations in the heating industry. We would like to recognize the exceptional efforts they have made to create heating systems that are highly efficient.
Our engineers include:
- Aleksandr Kovalenko, Director of Engineering
- Justin Jenne
- Jessica Raposa
- David Montrond
- Brian Pickett
- Conor Cross
- Mark Orzeck
- Hong Hu
Stay tuned throughout the week for more information about our engineers!
